This comp is what Tribe is all about 💛An in-house event built for OUR members, OUR community, and the people that train beside each other every day inside the shed.No massive crowds.No ego.No outsiders.Just Tribe people throwing down, supporting each other, and having an epic day together 👊🔥

Time: First Heat Kicks off 7am (finish unknown) but we will probably be done by 10am/10:30am!

Please ONE person purchase your teams spot in the category you will compete in and put your team name and members at check out.
Three workouts per team......all workouts will be conducted in one day in the waterfall format - so once you start it will only be a total of 49min to complete your competition.
So bring snacks, bring your support crew and prepare for a big morning!
No prizes, top three will receive a medal each for the podium and 50% Team FEES this year will go to “Kids Cancer Foundation” ❤️ as always!
The real winner will be competing and having fun and donating to a good cause that’s close to our hearts and a foundation that has made a real impact to many but also a real impact to people in our Tribe Family❤️

Once your team starts Workout 1, you’ll move continuously through the entire competition with built-in rest between each event.

You should enter Everyday if:You train consistently but don’t regularly perform pull-ups, Olympic lifting, or heavier RX-style workouts.

You’ve done functional fitness training for a while, can move well under fatigue, and want to push competitively without going full savage
