Fit is a strength based session, includes DB's, Barbells and we throw in compound lifts like Bench press, deadlifts, back squats. This session is not to be missed and we will finish with a METCON.

Sweat is exactly what it says.....designed to get you working, body moving and make you work as hard as possible and we will make these partner or team workouts so you all hurt together and push your body to the limit.

Tribe Extras” a midweek pick-me-up or a Friday power session to push you through the week! This session is divided into two categories: Cardio or Lift. You get to pick your focus.

Cardio: Get your heart pumping with a dynamic cardio workout to boost your endurance and lung capacity.

This is our Saturday session, incorporating teams and partners we get our heart rates up and we have a heap of space to do it. Functional training mixed with aerobic, you will leave ready to attack the weekend. And its always BRING A FREIND!

Burn is our signature Circuit style workouts, each week is different. We will set up various stations and you will work through them at different intervals for a full body workout.

WHAT IS YOGA-  The physical practice of Yoga is an ancient health science that combines physical movement with the breath. The asana or poses, help the flow of energy through the body, improving overall health and well-being; also creating more strength, balance & flexibility.

KATE MINI BIO- Kate is a certified 610hr Yoga Instructor who has passionately been teaching Yoga in The Redlands since March 2017. Kate fully immersed herself into Yoga in 2015, and she has witnessed first hand the positive impacts it has had on her health and life - and hopes to help you with your health and your journey with Yoga  - on and off the mat.

This session will focus on one exercise and will break down the movement.

Its suitable for all levels from beginner and up.

This session is designed four our primary school aged kids. Get them off those screen and getting active. Suitable for all kids, these spots fill up fast so be quick to get in.

We run them each school term, so keep an eye out on socials for the link a few weeks prior to it starting.
