TRIBE – SWEAT - Sweat is exactly what it says.....designed to get your lungs working, body moving and make you work as hard as possible! Getting the most out of your body as you can! It will definitely make you sweat!
TRIBE – BURN is our signature Circuit style workouts, each day is different, the best way to finish the week off.
TRIBE - RAW Is a pump barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Raw gives you a total body workout each session!
TRIBE - F!T is no more than 40 minutes in length, slower paced session with some bodybuilding movements and hypertrophy. We utilise some big movements like Deadlift, back squats, bench. Also mixed in with some partner sessions to make you work and build that tribe mentality and push each other through a solid Tribe designed workout.
TRIBE S-HIIT (Strength, High Intensity, Interval, Training) HIIT training on it's own has amazing benefits. When combined with weights it
gives a whole new dimension to your workout, allowing you to work your full body in a short period of time. HIIT with weights can burn fat and calories both during and after the workout, build muscle, and improve heart health. This style workout is also called 'metabolic resistance training!
A draft format would look like this…..workout split into two part a STRENGTH and CARDIO/HIIT so you attack both sides in a seperate set or we could combine it to make a power building workout! Short, sharp and purposeful to get you ready for the weekend!

TRIBE - EXTRAS (OPEN GYM) Is exactly that, stick around or come down and do some extra training. Pick up that session you missed or do some extra weights.
TRIBE - SOCIAL SATURDAYS This is our Saturday session, incorporating teams and partners we we get our heart rates up and we have a heap of space to do it. Functional training mixed with aerobic, you will leave ready to attack the weekend.
TRIBE - JUNIORS Age group 6-12yrs age group regular physical activity is an important part of getting healthy and staying healthy. Encouraging kids and teens to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.
Also, meet new people and make new friends and be socially active and building that connection away from the technology craze that is taking over our lives!
TRIBE - YOUTH STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING For age groups 12-15yrs old, perfect for any youth wanting to improve their performance in their sport or just get moving and active.
TRIBE - YOGA WHAT IS YOGA- The physical practice of Yoga is an ancient health science that combines physical movement with the breath. The asana or poses, help the flow of energy through the body, improving overall health and well-being; also creating more strength, balance & flexibility.
KATE MINI BIO- Kate is a certified 610hr Yoga Instructor who has passionately been teaching Yoga in The Redlands since March 2017. Kate fully immersed herself into Yoga in 2015, and she has witnessed first hand the positive impacts it has had on her health and life - and hopes to help you with your health and your journey with Yoga - on and off the mat.
