Personal and SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our Personal training and small group sessions are based on our tribe program and can be modified to suit all levels of fitness. You can bring your family/friends, work mates. 

 

We can use this time to design a program to get you fit for a physical or get you fit to pass a fitness test to enlist in the defence force or emergency services.
